An ongoing series of collaborations with my mother, Prabha.
We read and stumble over each other’s private written words. She rubs pigments on my body as I give her instructions that she reinterprets, ignores, or redefines on her own terms.
Clear distinctions between us dissolve as we negotiate and soften into the limits of our collaboration.
